Marquita Johnson is a graduate of Mercer University with a Master of Science in Community Counseling and Master of Divinity. Marquita received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University in Psychology & Sociology. Currently, Marquita is pursuing a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University.
She is a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor, board certified tele-mental counselor, certified professional counseling supervisor, Prepare and Enrich certified, speaker, and trainer. Marquita’s specialties include dating, divorce, millennials, step-families, relationships, and grief related to loss in relationships. In an effort to promote healthy relationships, Marquita offers counseling and coaching services to help millennials who are dating or in relationships. While working as a college counselor she noticed students were struggling with intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. Marquita has over a decade of experience in the counseling field.
